Obscure Wave Music is the alias of composer Philip Ryckman.

Raised on Yes, ELP, Genesis, Pink Floyd.... but also jazz and classical music. Passionate about synthesizers after discovering Klaus Schulze, Tangerine Dream and Kraftwerk. These still are a major influence up to this day. I am aiming to make music that has a natural, human feel to it.

You'll find cool, non-aggressive music with jazzy touches, often based on repetitive sequences and with a lot of attention to details.
